Moore Park Beach is the
northern suburb of Bundaberg. A scenic 20 minute drive brings you into the
heart of the region's main city. Here there are modern shopping centres with
all the major chains and supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas,
hospitals, doctors and attractions. The two tourist offices have maps, tour
information and handle bookings. The Midtown Marina is a busy spot with
visiting overseas boats and regular river cruises. |

Lady Elliot and Lady Musgrave Islands are just off the Coral Coast here. They are the southern most tip of the Great Barrier Reef and easily accessible by both boat and plane. World famous as dive spots they are wildlife reserves well worth a visit. |

Turtles nest and hatch all along our coastline. Mon Repos is the largest rookery and right here on the Coral Coast! Organised evenings are held during the season that runs from November to February. See the "About Moore Park" side link for turtles hatching on our own beach. |
