Holiday Rental Terms
and Conditions
(your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions)
Keys must be collected from our office and full
payment made then unless other satisfactory arrangements have been made.
Office hours are: Mon to Fri 9 – 5. Sat, Sun 9.30 – 3. We accept credit and
debit cards, cash, travellers cheques ($AUD) and personal cheques (by prior
arrangement.)
Cancellations: A 50% (of the booking value)
cancellation fee applies unless we can replace the booking, then there is
only a $30 fee to cover administration costs. You may elect to keep the
balance of the deposit against a future booking or we will refund it.
We cannot refund unused parts of a booking ie: if you
have to leave early or arrive late.
Please make every effort to ensure that no items
belonging to the holiday premises be inadvertently taken away with you ie
cutlery, storage containers, pillows. Charges may apply.
Lost keys: we need to charge $15 to cover lost
keys.
Advance bookings: Any bookings are made in good
faith by this agency Should the premises booked become unavailable through
actions outside of our control we will refund the deposit if we cannot find
you suitable alternative accommodation.
Any personal items left behind will be held at our
office for 6 weeks pending your making arrangements for them to be collected
or posted. After this time the items will be donated to a local
organization/charity.
Vacating times: We will make every effort to
allow early check in and late check out if possible. If we have another
booking for that day check out will be 10 am.
Damage: We will charge for any damage other than
normal breakage and wear and tear.
